My laptops dead so i cant do anything until i get my new one. Someone else will have to do it in the meantime. Sorry :(
It is an "official" discourse guide. IMO it is a big effort to translate it.
I dont think the moderation guidelines need translation, do they? Moderators are expected to communicate with each other in English (as the common language) in the "Staff" category. Our SOPs will also be written in English, for example.
The user guides we can think of translating?
I think that also translating user guides, that are specific to Discourse, it is a great effort. Once we have translated some guidelines, and we already have them in place (I mean, https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Ask_fedora_guidelines, category description, start here), it is sufficient.

+1 The current plan is to write short user guides that will be translated into the various languages and placed in the "start here" posts, and the whole Discourse user guide will be added as a link for further reading.
