Is there any plan to migrate to https://forge.fedoraproject.org/ ?
Not at the moment since these may no longer be required---there's a discussion about the guidelines on discussion.fp.o, and I don't think a decision has been reached on whether they'll live on discussion.fp.o or be moved to docs. If they're not to be moved to docs, these docs will be obsoleted.
