I'm fine with the removal, but we may want to consider how we direct people to "in addition to the policy docs you see here, there are also legal policies." But that's not something we have to solve right now, and frankly these docs in general need some work.

Thinking about this, what if we actually used :page-aliases: to do a redirect for this page path in the Legal doc, and then updated the navigation sidebar in Council Docs to point to the new page? This is similar to how the DEI Advisor role page is set up in the Council docs currently.

This is a better approach because it helps search engines find the right content that we want people to see.

I thought of that - or at least having the heading in the Nav simply go to the Fedora-legal section of the docs, but I didn't know if that was ok or how to do that...
