Move "source" of Mindshare Committee documentation to pagure.io/mindshare

Background

Finding the "source" of the Mindshare Committee documentation is not intuitive. It is not apparent that the documentation is hosted here. It is a barrier to contributing for someone who wants to make a change, but does not know how the documentation is organized and structured.

Ideally, this will become easier when the "Edit this page" button is introduced in the docs, but I still see it helpful to integrate the documentation into the primary place where the Mindshare Committee operates and works.

Details

This is probably blocked (as I understand) until the build and deployment pipeline with Antorra is finished. @bex and @asamalik are working closely on this and recently made a breakthrough, but I am not sure how long this blocker will remain.

The steps to complete this once the blocker is resolved, as I see it, are…

1. Initialize new docs project "structure" in pagure.io/mindshare
2. Move existing source files from this repository to pagure.io/mindshare
3. Update deployment tools to point to new location of source material
4. …
5. PROFIT! :stuck_out_tongue:

Outcome

Lower barrier to new contributions to Mindshare documentation and better integration to Mindshare Committee workflow
