To simplify docs maintenance, the D&I team would like to re-home the D&I Advisor page into the D&I Team's own documentation site. This issue is a meta-issue to track the different steps required to complete this task:

  1. Add D&I Advisor doc into D&I docs (fedora-diversity#186)
  2. Add a redirect to docs.fp.o site builder for council/diversity-advisor/ to diversity-inclusion/roles/council-advisor/
  3. Delete page in Council docs, change existing xref links in other Council docs pages to the new page location in D&I docs
