Good catch. I'll fix that after rebasing to get #130, in which you beat me to correcting Mindshare's existence.

My issue with that it is it sort of mis-represents how things work. The people active in those areas don't select the Council reps. They select (in the case of Mindshare, some of) the people who select the representatives. If it's super important to you, I'll think about how to change the wording to reflect that but also correctly represent the actual process.

On the spectrum of importance to me, from burning red to cool cool violet, it is... yellowish-orange?
