A semantic edit but an important one, could you please make the new text follow the one sentence per line AsciiDoc convention? I want to convert this charter page to AsciiDoc like we write everywhere else in the project…

I think it is sufficient for now, but we can continue to expand on this. I don't want to hold this off from the charter until we have something more concrete.

@mattdm Also, should this be noted in the Council charter history?

See Fedora-Council/council-docs#173. I am closing this Pull Request due to the merge conflict and that @mattdm is facilitating active discussion in our in-person face-to-face Council meeting where we are reviewing our charter.

I am moving forward the concept of this change is approved, and that #173 is also approved on that same conceptual approval.
