This is a trivial change, but since it's to the CoC itself, I wanted to open a PR for visibility. I'll merge in a day or two if there are no objections.

@riecatnor, I'm interested in knowing if you specifically have any concerns with where I recorded the license.

(We could put it in the supporting documentation instead, but It think it's more appropriate (largely for portability reasons) to keep it in the document itself)

I think we should put the license notice in both the CoC and the CoC supporting documentation. As I understood it, we voted on the licensing for both of these documents in the F2F meeting.

That's not my understanding, and thus it's not what was recorded. If you want to re-license the supporting documentation (which I don't think is necessary because it's a little more specific to Fedora and is CC BY-SA for anyone who really wants to copy our homework), let's do that as a separate issue.
