This commit adds Josh Berkus (@jberkus) and Laura Santamaria (@nimbinatus) as temporary members of the Fedora Code of Conduct Committee, starting from today, July 7, 2025 until September 30, 2025. The Code of Conduct Committee approved their nominations today, and this commit represents their formal onboarding as new members of the Committee.
