#1262 Add express arrays via collection

The collection will be used to storing data for the structured logging.
Collection does not have an interface to refer to a value as an array of multi-valued attributes.
The underlying machinery already exists. It is a question of exposing it in a convenient way and serializing it in JSON using arrays.

It's been a really long time since feature request was filed and never implemented.

There are no real plans currently to utilize such a functionality.

Hence I'm closing this as "WONTFIX" keeping in mind we can re-open this later if needed.
