I'm not sure what was the motivation.
ini parser library isn't really much "user facing".
From a quick glance over source code, it looks like most of messages are printed in debug helpers only. I might be wrong though.
But at least in SSSD, I think, it's not expected user reads any message from library directly.
If there is anyone really interested in this, please re-open (at github).
