#747 Change paths in INI unit tests

Some of the unit tests (at least ini_config_ut) use hard coded paths to test INI files. They need to be changed to use "srcdir" environment variable instead.

The paths in the UT for the new interface relay on $srcdir.
Old interface an UTs will be deprecated so there is no sense to spend time cleaning them up.
