= phenomenon = I am willing to Organize the Fedora 20 Release Party or an Event which can promote Fedora = reason = --From last two years I am associated with Fedora and I am now member of FedoraProject Family. I have conducted couple of Fedora Workshops and working under a guidance of my APAC Mentor Shakthi Kanan. So in my Upcoming Workshop I am willing to highlight fedora with any Fedoraproject specific event. --If yes may I know how much time generally it takes to get goodies(Tshirts,Logos) so that I can decide the date of the event and update the wiki event page.

There is at least an ambassador in organizing team. He/she will help you to organize, ask for funds, goodies, etc.

I'd recommend you speak to the same mentor to suggest you another local mentor if he/she is unable to provide you time - that's the easiest way, since mentors are typically in touch with each other.
