One talk is about dgplug summer training where we teach Fedora and Python to students and make them contributors and the next talk is about retask module which was developed to be used within Fedora infrastructure group.

Travel and staying for 3 nights will cost around $850.
Unfortunately, we did not plan this in APAC budget plan FY2015 [1] (no one from India, including yourself responded me when I called for annual planning [2] on Ambassadors list) so we did not have fund for it at this moment.
I think you should consider to look for another fund sources.
