This is for automated rebuilds of containers (discussed over here https://pagure.io/freshmaker/issue/20 ).
OSBS upstream has a bump_release plugin that makes automating rebuilds much simpler. @maxamillion isn't sure if it is present in the Fedora OSBS instance.
This ticket it to track verifying that it is there (and if it is absent, getting it in place).
