Performed default install Fedora-Atomic-ostree 27-20180212.2 for ppc64le & x86_64 platforms. Both installed successfully, but first-boot on ppc64le edition fails with systemd error:
Failed to start Create Volatile Files and Directories.. then dropped into emergency dracut:/# prompt.
Fedora Server 27 installs on ppc64le with zero issues.
Suspect anaconda/dracut installation issue with respect to SAN Boot/Multipath: https://www.redhat.com/archives/dm-devel/2015-March/msg00101.html
Reduced to single path to test above, re-installed & booted successfully. Possible defect with Atomic/Anaconda Installer.
