#161 Port plugin to DynDB API shipped with BIND 9.11

New DynDB API was accepted upstream. Now we can stop patching original BIND and use the 'official' API.

The plugin has to be ported to the new API because it differs from API we used in the past.

My wild guess is that this will be needed in Fedora 25 timeframe, but I have no information to support this.
