#16 RFE: Improve c3i.wait()

During developing the Factory 2.0 integration test env provisioning script, I found c3i.wait() cannot be easily used there. Further details will be updated after I finish that script.

This should be addressed by #25. There are a number of new methods that allow you to wait for builds, deployments, or pods. Please let me know if there's a use-case it doesn't cover.

Closing this, as it should be addressed by #25.
