We at NFV sig have already tagged package for -release and repo is available[1], now we like to create a release rpm for it and for it request for a git repo with name: "centos-release-nfv"

+1 let's create a new release rpm and ship to extras. The plan is to create multiple subpackages, a -common, a -openvswitch and a -network-extras.
