CentOS category added and IP added in ACL. Saw your comment in https://pagure.io/centos-infra/issue/1009 Note that changes in IP you wont be able to do rsync anymore. I can see some mirror in rackspace domain. So if you cant update those mirrors, probably is because their IPs changed
If that happen, please open another ticket and we can update the ACL

We are still getting the rsync error while pulling the contents.

mirror.stream.centos.org is the wrong name, per documentation : https://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/CreatePublicMirrors#CentOS_Stream_9 ;-)
Switch to rsync.stream.centos.org and it should be better. Waiting for feedback and we can then close this ticket (no issue)
