Added IP in ACL.
Noticed your mirror was added before in this issue https://pagure.io/centos-infra/issue/866 , but here with another IP.
Should we keep both IPs in ACL?

Because there wasn't a respose, I deleted the IP from issue https://pagure.io/centos-infra/issue/866 from ACL.
If you need both IPs in ACL, feel free to reopen the issue to ask to add that IP again
