I dont see your site in https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mirrormanager/ . Please register your site in mirror manager, so we can add CentOS category for it. Here is the doc https://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/CreatePublicMirrors

Sorry I didnt find your mirror before, maybe there was a typo in my search.
I see that your mirror already exists, it already has CentOS category added to it and your IP is already in our ACL. Seems that this issue is duplication of this issue https://pagure.io/centos-infra/issue/948

Ok, I see in the comments this old mirror was disabled because the admin user of the site isnt active anymore. Will this user @aliyevmursal be the admin?
Yes
CentOS category added to your mirror and mirror manager will validate it soon.
I deleted the old one because the username was wrong and its not possible to add duplicated links.
