To be planned but at the same time as moving/modifying signing process for images (see #1039). Once that one will be closed (and kiwi working, so depending on upstream koji plugin, not managed by centos infra), we can work on this feature. Worth knowing that we'll just sign testing repositories with existing keys, no need for new ones
