We still had a sponsored openstack mini cluster deployed with RDO packages on top of CentOS 7 hypervisors (using Cloud SIG packages, and used for dev/testing). We have to just ensure nothing is running anymore (already contacted one identified centos core team member still having VM running there) and then decommission it entirely, and return to nodes to sponsor

Started to work on that today : all openstack instances were removed and now cleaning machines before returning to sponsor
