One sponsor reached out as current server can't be upgraded/reinstalled with el9. So instead we'll receive a new server that we need to install with el9, let ansible configure the machine, transfer data and then decommission the old one

Node is finally installed and now syncing content very slowly (not a lot of international bandwidth connectivity)
Server has now all full content, old server recycled and returned to sponsor.
