New OKD deliverables are coming to CloudSIG, so the following repos are needed:
centos-release-cloud centos-release-okd
My intention is to move the Cloud SIG GPG key from centos-release-openstack to centos-release-cloud, and add a Requires: centos-release-cloud to centos-release-openstack and centos-release-okd.

LGTM, actually i had thought in separating the GPG key to its own subpackage, so doing it to a new centos-release-cloud is good.
