We tried to launch our pre-flight check for that mirror but it's not reachable (confirmed from America and Europe) Let us know when it will be available again and we'll be able to process your request
Hey we tried a couple of time and it seems the site is online.
Two tests from a remote system were successful, could you test again and let us know

Thanks !
Your mirror http://centos.mirror.net.in/centos/ has been added to the mirrors DB
It will be listed as a public mirror (and on https://mirror-status.centos.org / https://www.centos.org/download/mirrors/ ) in the following minutes/hours. Your IP address[es] (103.195.68.3 2001:df5:fc00:fffb::3) has/have been added in the ACL and so you should be able to rsync from msync.centos.org in the next ~10min
Important : it only concerns CentOS Linux 7 and Stream 8. For Stream 9 and above, read (again) https://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/CreatePublicMirrors
PS : your mirrors seems already outdated, so please be sure to keep it up2date otherwise it will be automatically removed from yum mirrorlists as soon as crawler will try to validate it
