The ISA SIG buildroots are currently setup in a multi-lib fashion where i686 packages are installed in x86_64 repos. This is unlike the CentOS Stream proper buildroots, where e.g. glibc32 is used for gcc builds. https://cbs.centos.org/kojifiles/work/tasks/8092/3408092/root.log
Could we please adjust the ISA SIG buildroots to match the config for CentOS Stream itself?
