status update : virt-host using remote iscsi devices over multipath was reinstalled with rhel9 and previously running VMs from that remote block device were reconfigured Some VMs were then reinstalled on themselves with rhel9 (not deleting any data)
More to come for another virt-host and VMs soon
other virt-host reinstalled with el9 and proxy VM reinstalled from centos 7 to el9.
