Recently we migrated the QA tests to the Stream compose jenkins instance but we were missing ppc64 (Big Endian) while ppc64le (Little Endian) was correctly added. Based on a discussion with @hughesjr we'll just plumb ppc64 for centos 7 until EOL (next year) to then be able to decommission old setup
