Please set arches to "x86_64" only for the "virt9s-tdx-devel-el9s" target.

I should have mentioned this in #1216 when I requested to create the target.

I've modified the architectures on the tag virt9s-tdx-devel-el9s-build with targets virt9s-tdx-devel-el9s.

$ koji taginfo virt9s-tdx-devel-el9s-build
Tag: virt9s-tdx-devel-el9s-build
Arches: x86_64
...
Targets that build from this tag:
  virt9s-tdx-devel-el9s
...

Can you confirm this is working as expected?
