Please update the public IP address for "repos.eggycrew.com" to "199.168.96.74".

All other URLs, bandwidth, and access information remains the same.

I am assuming I need to provide the new public IP, as I am getting the following error when trying to sync packages from this new IP address:

[nginx@repos ~]$ cd /mnt/repos; /usr/bin/rsync -avSH --delete-delay --delay-updates -f 'R . ~tmp~' rsync.stream.centos.org::CentOS-Stream-All /mnt/repos/centos-stream

Unless you are running or intending to run a listed public CentOS mirror
use a mirror listed at https://centos.org/download/mirrors

If you do use this service then it is implied that you are providing a
mirror for public use and giving us authority to publicise such mirror.
