Unfortunately I am unable to sync still. Can you please verify the IP address that is allowed?
It should be 104.167.241.199.
Note that my DNS address does not currently point there due to maintenance on the .199 host. I need to resync the repos after a drive loss.

I just verified and the new address was added in ACL so are you still seeing the issue ? And is that when syncing centos or centos-stream content (different ACL for different rsync targets/modules) ?
Just checked - it is syncing again now and I've moved the DNS address back over to this new IP I gave you.
