The https://gitlab.com/CentOS/cloud group is managed by FAS group sig-cloud and so one needs to be added to that group first. See https://sigs.centos.org/guide/gitlab/ and https://sigs.centos.org/guide/auth/#sig-group-membership if you want to join the Cloud SIG and so be part of the SIG group in FAS (SAML link with gitlab) I'd suggest reaching out to @spotz (Cloud SIG chair) to discuss this and she can then add you to that group if needed
