The Exascale mirror administrator apparently decided to use their noc e-mail address for their ticketing system on the centos-mirror mailing list. This is causing many of the e-mails to the centos-mirror mailing list to kick back a pile of Exascale automated messages about tickets being opened, updated, etc. We shouldn't have a ticketing system attached to the mailing list like this.

Yes, it was done already as we got also mail bounces from that ticketing system. As you mentioned it, nobody should subscribe a ticketing system to a mailing list, and so that account doesn't receive any mail anymore (and so would not auto-respond)
