We used to provide dedicated (for ipv4 and ipv6) torrent.centos.org trackers, as we were also providing .torrent files for all centos releases, up to (and including) 7 Starting from CentOS Stream 8 (and beyond) , .torrent files aren't provided so there is no need to continue hosting a torrent tracker public service, itself running on top of EOL CentOS 7.
