#1483 Upgrade zabbix infra

Reopen Issue

While not critical, we're a little bit behind for zabbix 6.x lts so we need to :

  • rebuild upstream release through infra tags (modify .spec as usual to not building agent2 packages)
  • promote to stg and test server+proxy upgrade, and then agent
  • rinse/repeat for the prod infra

el8 and el9 corresponding builds in infra tags:

staging env updated yesterday without issue so prod env updated today (server and proxies).
agents will be automatically updated through ansible automation
