#1487 Retire CKI project access to CentOS CI OCP cluster

The CKI team has access to the CentOS CI cluster.

As that is not needed anymore, we would like to retire our access to the cluster and remove all related resources:

  • ark OCP project
  • Fedora IdP group: https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/group/ocp-cico-ark/

ocp-cico-ark FAS/ACO group removed (to avoid being recreated automatically in openshift and ark project/resources also deleted (via ansible) from ocp cluster.
