#1523 hardware refresh for a sponsored server

One sponsored reached out to propose a hardware swap so we'll have to :

  • setup new OS
  • have it configured by ansible (and so monitored by zabbix)
  • monitor content landing on the host
  • add it in our geoip-based pool for role/service

status update : finally got access to the server, which is now fully reinstalled and initialized/configured by ansible.
Server is getting content and will be added to the rsync.stream.centos.org pool once ready

server got content and is now in dns pool.
still ipv6 connectivity issue but ticket already created with sponsor and should be resolved soon (and we'll then advertise AAAA record too)
