Working on packaging a standalone perf src.rpm, initially for Hyperscale but eventually going to try to get this in Fedora (and turning off the perf build from the kernel src.rpm)

Done but as there is no branch (yet) please push something to new c9S-sig-hyperscale branch and then we can make it the default one
