In #116, the old cockpit OCP3 project moved to OCP4, and we've been really happy with this. So it's time to clean up the old project now:

FTR, we already removed all secrets and pods; there's just a bunch of RCs (with zero pods) there and the cockpit-images persistent volume. That can all go away.
