that mirror was already carrying the CentOS category so nothing to do at our side (and your IP addresses were already added in the ACL for rsync.stream.centos.org)
If your host doesn't appear in metalinks, it's something to verify with Fedora infra as it's a service hosted by them : 

dig +short +noshort mirrors.centos.org
mirrors.centos.org. 557 IN  CNAME   mirrors.fedoraproject.org.
mirrors.fedoraproject.org. 255  IN  CNAME   wildcard.fedoraproject.org.
