We just need to rebalance VMs accross Power9 machines, so that one will move to expand the stream build pool for ppc64le arch, and the two remaining ones will be shared for CI / CBS and then moved to new RDU3 dc

machine is now reinstalled (did it with @gwmngilfen to show him petitboot ibm power boot env/firmware) and now under ansible control and back as hypervisor. I'll just move some VMs but nothing urgent and then close the ticket, to then free other power9 for stream
VMs are moved back to p9h3 so closing this ticket
