It looks like our tags have rpm.macro.distsuffix set to s. On tags like hyperscale10s-packages-asahi-el10s-build this results in %dist resolving to stuff like el10s which we do not want (on other tags it's a noop because they still override %dist entirely). Please remove this from all of our build tags (for 9 and 10). Thanks!

yes, it was part of the required (and announced) change for your hyperscalers :) I mentioned massively adding it (https://lists.centos.org/hyperkitty/list/devel@lists.centos.org/message/S5R4VJQDLGEXZYXXV2J743UBGHDML65U/) but we can now update that for people not willing to use the el9s/el10s standard we used for long time.
