We have recently created a CentOS CI Infra Openshift 4 cluster (ocp.ci.centos.org and ocp.stg.ci.centos.org) , which we intend to replace the legacy CentOS CI Infra Openshift 3.6 (apps.ci.centos.org), and the central Jenkins (ci.centos.org).
This ticket is to be used to track the retirement of the legacy infrastructure once the migration to the new cluster is completed.
@bstinson @arrfab @siddharthvipul1 fyi. Lets get a list of tenants, and keep this issue upto date, when they successfully migrate to the new cluster. Once the last tenants have migrated, lets retire the legacy infrastructure.

Cluster will be shut down on march 1st before that happens, we will need to migrate CPE or Fedora-Infra relevant projects I will work on it
