Per discussion on the CI users list, adding some kind of ppc64le arch option would still be a good idea for CI tenants.
Either we just enable ppc64le back directly (but not through opennebula, which is gone) into duffy.ci.centos.org (doable now that we have qemu-kvm ppc64le support for Stream 10 through pkgs I built through Virt SIG) Other option would be to just document how to use qemu emulation (tested) so x86_64 but it would be slower (but working)
