#180 Add build targets and tags for new collections
Closed: Fixed by arrfab. Opened by hhorak.

Please, create tags/targets/buildroots for the following new software collections:

rh-mariadb105
rh-postgresql13
rh-ruby30

For all 3 new SCLs, we only need el7 tags and would like to build on all arches available in cbs (x86_64, aarch64, ppc64le).

Please, set the following tag inheritance:

koji add-tag-inheritance sclo7-rh-mariadb105-rh-el7-build sclo7-rh-maven35-rh-candidate --priority 15

Thanks!

Sorry for late answer but since Stream announcement we have priority focus on other things and not really on cbs/tracker :/

Have now quickly added the tags :

Creating tag : sclo7-rh-mariadb105-rh-candidate
Creating tag : sclo7-rh-mariadb105-rh-testing
Creating tag : sclo7-rh-mariadb105-rh-release
 -> creating sclo7-rh-mariadb105-rh-el7

Can you verify that it's all working ? Once you'll have confirmed, I'll close this ticket.

There is one thing missing (forgot to mention it in the description) -- for SCL, we need these two packages to have in the minimal buildroot:

  • scl-utils-build
  • -build (e.g. rh-postgresql13-build)

Can you, please, add these two packages to the newly created koji targets?

Worth pinging @alphacc too, as normally the existing script was taking care of tagging pkgs in the -el7-build buildroot tag

@arrfab btw. the other ticket #165 seems to suffer from the same issue.

I'm wondering though -- is this something we can fix ourselves? (tagging pkgs to a buildroot tag seems like something we might, but maybe won't have permissions to)

Please try again, it should be fixed now.

Thanks, I can confirm it looks good for the 3 SCL in this ticket. It is still not perfect for 2 SCLs mentioned in the ticket #165.
