Currently CentOS Stream doesn't provide cloud images for OpenStack and AWS.
Absence of them is, e.g., blocking attaching of CI system to CentOS stream ecosystem - e.g. gating. As the CIs doesn't have a mean to provision vms.
In addition to CIs, I imaging this is also making it harder to try CentOS Stream 9.
Expected outcome: Images present in e.g., http://mirror.centos.org/centos/9-stream/BaseOS/x86_64/images/ + included in compose metadata.
That way it will be similar to Fedora and RHEL. The metadata part is especially important for automatic download of updated image.
Fedora example: * dir Fedora 33: https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/cloud/latest-Fedora-Cloud-33/compose/Cloud/x86_64/images/ * metadata: https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/cloud/latest-Fedora-Cloud-33/compose/metadata/images.json
Note: it would be good to have it also for 8, but 9 is more important for us.
Well, 8-stream cloud images exist for generic cloud (like openstack) and AWS https://cloud.centos.org/centos/8-stream/ and https://www.centos.org/download/#cloud-and-container-images and so https://www.centos.org/download/aws-images/
Now for the other Request, that will have to wait for Stream 9 to have deliverables but they'll end normally at usual place (like for other cloud images)
Asking someone from Stream team to comment for your ETA for 9 though

After quick verification, and per Stream policy (see https://wiki.centos.org/ReportBugs), closing it here and feel free to create RFE ticket on proper tracker (aka bugzilla.redhat.com)

https://wiki.centos.org/ReportBugs is saying that https://pagure.io/centos-infra/ is for reporting "CentOS Infra, CBS, SIGs, mirror, CI, etc" that's what this ticket is about.
I'm really asking about on-going composes and integration with CI systems to build CentOS stream. This is not about end-user consumption.
If you still believe that it should be filed in bugzilla.redhat.com then could you help me to figure out what component would that be?
