Due to hardware issue on a node not under warranty anymore, we need to move the exported NFS share from actual nfs server to a new one. That means orchestrating the cbs downtime (kojihub/kojiweb) and koji builders accessing nfs (for the createrepo channel). I'll sync with @alphacc for this, as actually the service is running in degraded mode and we don't want to lose another hdd in the raid5 volume
