We need its instances for running unittests for fedpkg, rpkg, pungi
It is not running for about one day. I can't see any planned outage here https://status.fedoraproject.org/ Is there a specific page for CentOS?

This is an unplanned outage and we are looking into it. This is a bad time for this as most of the team is away We are doing out best effort to get things back in shape we will update things on ci-user mailing list and https://pagure.io/centos-infra/issue/353
